We are known as manufacturers of wastewater treatment plants for industrial waste waters throughout Europe. Our department Wastewater Engineering manufactures and distributes flotation plants, oil skimmers, mobile oil-water separators, coalescence separators, decanters as well as demulsification plants and physico-chemical waste treatment plants under the trade names OKO-aquaclean and OKO-transclean.
Industrial application of the OKO-aquaclean wastewater pre-treatment plants comprises lifetime prolongation of process waters and coolants in closed loops as well as emulsion separation and demulsification of wastewaters that are contaminated by organic substances.
Pollutants are removed from grease separator contents originating from food production. Fat and grease are conditioned in such a way that they can be recycled.
Anticoagulants in the cooling water used in plastics extrusion can be coagulated and then removed. The cooling water can thus be reused.
The physico-chemical plants designed by OKO-tech treat dangerous organic liquid wastes according to the waste codes of the European List of Wastes (EWC) in such a way that the contaminants removed from the waste can be reused. The water can be treated in a biological sewage treatment plant. The reduction of contaminants (COD, AOX, heavy metals, petroleum-derived hydrocarbons) follows the German Waste Water Ordinance. Many plants developed by OKO-tech dispose of a German type-approval certificate (DIBt) and are in line with the BAT (Best Available Techniques) directive required by authorities.

All techniques of mechanical metal machining such as turning, milling, drilling, boring as well as relevant welding techniques and thermal spraying as wear protection make our living.
